Refund and Cancellation Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for Signed Reviews.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to your use of Signed Reviews, a service operated by Paid Rightly LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.


# Current pricing

Signed Reviews is currently offered free of charge. There are no subscription fees, per-review fees, commissions, or platform fees associated with using the Service.

Because no payments are currently collected from business users, refunds are not applicable at this time.


# Cancellation

You may stop using Signed Reviews at any time. To cancel and delete your account:

  1. Email support@signedreviews.com from the email address associated with your account, or
  2. Use the account deletion option inside the platform when available

On cancellation:

  • Your business user account is soft-deleted and your personal identifiers are anonymized
  • Reviews and transaction records remain in the Service in anonymized form, as described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
  • Your Stripe connection is revoked and future review requests stop being triggered

# Future paid tiers

If and when Signed Reviews introduces paid subscription tiers or usage-based fees, we will publish an updated Refund and Cancellation Policy before any charges take effect. That updated policy will address:

  • Billing cycles and auto-renewal terms
  • Cancellation timing and proration rules
  • Refund eligibility and timeframes
  • Handling of disputed charges and chargebacks
  • Consequences of failed payments

We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email before introducing any fees, giving you the opportunity to discontinue use of the Service before charges begin.


# Disputes about charges (future)

Once paid tiers are introduced, if you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@signedreviews.com within 60 days of the charge so we can investigate. We will work in good faith to resolve billing disputes before any formal dispute resolution process begins under our Terms of Service.
